Standard Hasbro brand Nerf blaster hit between 60-75 feet per second. So don't give this to anyone under 16 or so. Come on, use your head.The lipo battery is an XT-30 connector, and you'll want a 3S. I'm not going into more details because lipo safety is actually SUPER important. Read up on it before buying this blaster.Lastly the mags are.... questionable. They're great when they work, but standard short darts from dart zone jam up and the worker darts are all hot trash on a sunny day in July. The mags also seem to pop out on the bottom, so slap some duct tape on there or something.All in all, this blaster is still best of 2022. NUMBER ONE. If you're in the hobby, get this. If you're new however, idk if this is a good first blaster or not. All the extra stuff you need you wouldn't have so you have to fully invest. I just needed the blaster, mags and battery. You're gonna need all the battery safety stuff and gear for games etc. I don't know if the mini angle talons will be supported more or not and don't want you new players having to keep spending money over and over.
