It has an inside pocket on both sides. There is a zip pocket and a snap pocket on each breast which I love. So much space for storing your tater tots or whatver else you want to keep to yourself. All the snap points on the pockets, at the neck, and shoulders are sturdy and good quality. I am a big dude: 6'3" 350 and the 4x Big&Tall fits me as if it were a tailored jacket.
