I tried the straps at a larger circumference and the straps are barely long enough for me to feel comfortable that they won't pop loose. **Q: I want to remove the metal part, but both sides are sewn! How do I take it out?** A: The sides which are sewn in are the PLASTIC stays. They are NOT supposed to be removed. The METAL stay is the one which supports the palm of your hand.
