It works great and supports my daily fiber required. You do have to add the powder before adding liquid and then stir constantly until completely dissolved. This is no different than other powdered fiber supplements. It does dissolve easily. Has no flavor so it can be used in a variety of liquids. It also helps to make sure you are drinking your daily 64 oz. of liquid intake. I really like this natural alternative. Supports my gut health.
