## Description

Ingredients honey, chili, vinegar

## Features

- The balance of sweetness and heat adds a perfect kick to just about any food without overwhelming it. It’s not too mild or too wild so you can taste the Flavor, not just the fire.
- A quick and easy way to jazz up your favorite foods. Try our spicy honey wherever you’d normally use honey or hot sauce. Add a kick to dressings, marinades, and BBQ sauce. Turn your chicken into hot chicken, and of course, drizzle on pizza.
- Made with 100% pure honey, real chili peppers, and vinegar.
- Due to a worldwide shortage of caps, cap may be a different color than pictured.
- You asked for something hotter, so we kicked it up a notch! We’ve added more heat to our easy pour 10oz bottle but kept the sweet to remain true to our quality and balance of flavor.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why do bottles of Mike's Hot Honey vary in color?**
A: The color of honey can vary naturally depending on the flowers the bees visit. Since we use wildflower honey from different countries of origin, colors range from light amber to amber based on harvests. This variation doesn't affect quality or flavor

**Q: What should I do if my honey starts to crystallize?**
A: It's natural for high-quality honey, like Mike's Hot Honey, to crystallize over time, especially in cooler temperatures. But don't worry, it's still perfectly good to eat! To return your honey to its liquid state, gently warm it to about 110°F

**Q: Do I need to refrigerate Mike's Hot Honey after opening?**
A: No. For the best flavor and texture experience, store Mike's Hot Honey at room temperature (ideally 70-80°F) both before and after opening. Cooler temperatures accellerate the natural crystalization process

**Q: What's the difference between Original and Extra Hot Mike's Hot Honey?**
A: Extra Hot delivers the same sweet-heat combo as our Original, but with an extra kick. Extra Hot stays true to our one-two flavor punch of sweetness then heat, but with kick of heat upfront at the front of you palate, thanks to a hotter pepper

**Q: How do you ensure ethical treatment of your bees?**
A: We source honey from ethical, sustainable partners—cooperatives and small farmers who prioritize bee health. We rigorously test our honey to ensure it's free from any traces of antibiotics, a sign of healthy and well-cared-for bees
