Can someone give me an idea what the deal is?** A: It's totally legal as long as you don't bring it to USA in it's dry state. It has to cured, it has to be soaked in rum. **Q: Does it have to cure** A: It is advisable to cure for a minimum of 1-to-2 weeks.
