Roast your own with our beyond premium Dota green coffee beans. This true Dota Cumbre coffee features strictly hard beans (SHB) and roasts beautifully. During roasting, and when brewing, you'll enjoy the aroma of mild cherry, berry, floral and dark chocolate. These coffee beans offer a wonderful combination of flavors which include apricot, cinnamon raisin and cardamom, plus sweet black tea and blackcurrant. A sweet burgundy wine acidity is complimented by green apple with mild hints of orange and lime. Finish is also very elegant and fruit filled. Package: 40 oz. (2.5 LBS.) Costa Rican Dota Green coffee beans are packaged in foil lined paper coffee bags to allow airflow. Unlike roasted coffees, raw green coffee beans require exposure to air. Never store green coffee beans in a sealed ziploc style bag to avoid severe damage to the quality of the bean. Store in a cool dark place, at least 6 inches above the floor and away from any direct sunlight to maintain freshness. If possible, store at room temperature with 50 to 63 percent humidity for long term storage up to 2 years. Packaged by the Old Chicago Coffee Co. in a Registered Food Facility under the supervision of State Food Service Sanitation Manager with random city health inspections. Quality at Old Chicago is top notch.
