They can help you solve the problem ASAP. **Q: Are the led lights movable to the other sides of the box?** A: Yes ! there are 2 led light bars that are moveable. **Q: Why is the inside a dirty tan color this is so strange do the backdrops cover that all up if not what is the suggestion** A: The interior is silver not tan. the backdrops cover the back and bottom. I do suggest that you get self adhesive velcro to attach to the backdrops and the inside of the box to keep the backdrops in place. **Q: How to keep the backdrop from falling down?** A: Because the backdrop is rolled up when you take it out of the box, there is a slight bow to it. So when you unroll it you may need to have the bow in it face the opposite direction instead so its kind of hugging the back. if that doesnt work, you may need to velcro it. Hope this helps. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked fine - a bit confusing to assemble *by M***T on Reviewed in the United States on 7 June 2021* Once the Shooting tent was together, it worked fine. As pointed out by other reviewers, the main negatives have to do with assembly:- Instructions are not very good. The diagram provided showing the installation of the background white/black/tan screen/sheet is misleading. You want to install it *over* the lower/back frame tube to give a seamless background in your pictures.- Zipping the outer skin onto the tube frame is difficult. At least for the first installation (before the material might be stretched a bit), it was difficult/time consuming to get the outer skin cloth zippered in place. Very tight fit, so take the time to insure that the cloth is properly positioned on the frame before trying to zipper.- Not completely clear how to best use the provided diffuser cloth. I tried hanging it under the light bars to cut down on the glare of the individual LED elements of the glass and ceramics which were being photographed, which was mostly successful. May try to use a better diffuser material during my next deployment.Positives:- Appreciated the large interior size which allows photographing a wide range of different scale objects.- At high setting, LED light banks are very bright- Good value for the price ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great concept, but not the best execution/quality control *by K***L on Reviewed in the United States on 31 August 2021* I had to return the first one and was sent another, because the zipper was broken. Almost through getting the second one completely zipped up, the zipper went off track. We were able to get it back on, after a bit, but it took 2 people, and pins to keep it from splitting again. Able to use it, great! But then, in finishing the set up, found 3 small slits in the fabric going down one side (looked like a mishap with a box cutter). With these issues in mind, I don't feel like it is worth the almost $100 price. Paying that amount for anything should include quality control checks that would find these before sending out to a customer. So far, haven't decided to return yet. Pictures do come out great using it, but the set up and quality, for the price, are very off-putting. I also down scored the portability, which would be great, if it could easily be broken down. But, I'd be too afraid of the zipper issues, to continually break it down and try putting it back up again. ### ⭐⭐ Could have been better *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on 14 August 2022* The product itself is just ok at best. It’s a bit annoying to assemble, but not awful. The slots to slide the color background into are much more loose than they need to be, so it’s a bit of a battle to keep the background up, and the backgrounds themselves are pretty janky.Additionally, one of the clips that hangs the light on my product was broken. The seller stated I needed to talk to Amazon about it, not them. Amazon apparently won’t replace the one part that is broken without me shipping this large item back. (I just needed a new light or preferably a new hanging bracket for the end of the light.) Overall, I’m not impressed, especially for the price that was paid.
