I mix powdered supplements in a small glass and have to pulse the unit to keep liquid from spilling out. If the beater could reverse direction it would work great. **Q: Will this blend Bulletproof coffee (1 T. butter, 1 T. coconut oil and maybe an egg yolk)?** A: Absolutely! Solid chunks are a bit challenging for this motor, BUT it will do a fantastic job if the butter isn't 100% solid. **Q: Ul or fcc certified?** A: I don't think so. I don't know why a battery powered frother would have have to be certified by either agency. **Q: What is the warranty on this handheld milk frother?
