**Q: Is this for hyperpigmentation as in black marks like on the forearm,knees,neck and back?**
A: This is more for face acne and in large pores on the face , but they sell Palmer’s fade cream for fading acne marks and dark marks as you described. You have to use the fade cream for weeks at a time and it really works for me. When, I say, “weeks at a time,” I’m saying it like that because some days you might miss putting it on. But, you should try it, but beware they it for different skin types so don’t buy the first one you see, do research.
