The integrated hotend kit is integrated from different hotends' advantages, with two parts (feeding pipe and nozzle) in one. It can meet the high-quality, high-precision and high-volume 3D printing technology requirements. Easy to be installed; 2. The pass-through design to increase withdrawing length, and to reduce defects drawing more than 95%; (In actual measurement, 4.5mm is commonly used as the withdrawing distance.) 3. All stainless steel body contributes much to the excellent heat insulation performance, and can effectively reduce material leakage defects; 4. The protruding design of the nozzle end contributes much to effectively reduce nozzle sticky material defects during printing process; 5. High-precision bore machining with PTFE tube almost put an end to the blockade; (Measured in the range of 190 degrees ~240 degrees, and no blockade happened in the16 hours of continuous printing of PLA filaments.) 6. The elongated fusing area can achieve high-volume and high-speed printing demand;
