The item arrived securely packaged, and the container is of good quality. Additionally, the pills prove very effective as a natural sedative, taking effect almost immediately within 30 minutes, akin to allopathic drugs. However, I experienced some mild side effects when exceeding the recommended dosage. Consequently, I wouldn't suggest using it daily.Nonetheless, it's not habit-forming like medicines, its a natural supplement. Thus, its good for occasional use to have relaxation or to manage sleep disorders.

Does not smell of valerian root. It’s more like generic ayurvedic medicine and not at all herbal. Not effective.
