The materials feel durable, the padding is comfortable, and the heavy-duty steel chain handles the weight with no issues. The Velcro straps are strong and hold everything firmly in place during workouts. That said, the fit isn’t ideal—it’s definitely not a one-size-fits-all. On me, the harness either sits awkwardly over my ears or behind them and cuts in uncomfortably. It also comes down past my eyebrows, sitting directly above my eyes, and unfortunately, there’s no way to adjust that section for a better fit.
