**Q: Where can I get the little connector between the go pro and backpack? Mine is falling apart and before it fails I want a replacement.**
A: (2-Years after the OP) Yes, you can purchase on their website for around $10. However, for me, an international shipping charge to the US will cost an additional $30. Essentially, this makes the unit disposable, as one can buy a whole new RM-M1 + A1 set for under $30.

**Q: Question for removu usa seller:  why do you say "removu m1+a1 does not work with 3rd party microphone" when this ad says it does?**
A: I did try to use it with my iPhone X will not work !

**Q: Could I use this with a gimbal setup?**
A: Hi,Typically Gimbal stabilizers are calibrated to a specific weight of a camera for which it is designed. As the M1A1 adds weight to the GoPro camera by attaching the audio receiver (A1), there is a high chance that it may not work properly with a Gimbal.Sincerely,REMOVU USA Team

A: Hello, The A1 USB connector is attached in the back side of A1 receiver (opposite side of where power switch is located)Thank you.
