**Q: What are ingredients?**
A: Red pepper, brown sugar, parmesan cheese, garlic, paprika, onion, thyme, basil, oregano. Hot & Sweet blend.

**Q: When mine arrived, it just had the plastic around the outside and no paper under the lid for safety and to show it’s new? Is that the usual way?**
A: Yes.. that is how mine arrived too.

**Q: Is it vegetarian-friendly? It has Parmesan but it says microbial enzymes I wanna know if they would label it as vegetarian**
A: Yes, all cheese is made with microbes, and Vegetarians can ethically eat cheese. Keep in mind, there's a huge amount of microbes in our bodies already and we consume them unawares constantly, including on fruits & veggies!

I understand why it's a pizza seasoning, but it's much more versatile than that and really gives any dish a slight kick. The Hot and Sweet Spicy version really isn't that hot, so I'd recommend adding paprika to it if you need more hotness. Other than that, they're both great.
