They assured me they passed my review down manufacturing and was sent a replacement controller free of charge and they shipped it fast. If they are true to their word and get the soldering done better these controllers are the best you can get. They feel well built and dont have the plastic crunch other controllers have. For customer support and quality they earned their 5 star reviewOriginal review:After a week of use one of the controllers stopped working. I opened it up and saw 2 of the 4 wires were disconnected because they were poorly soldered.I was not home and didn't have any tools with me so I managed to fix it by holding the cables down and gluing them. The controller worked again.Besides that they feel pretty good and have no complains on functionality. If you buy these just make sure to glue the part where the cable comes out of the controller so it doesn't tug the lightly soldered connections. ### ⭐⭐ 1 out of 2 works.
