I was actually having problems in my body and this book actually showed me that I was actually misdiagnosed and I was able to found out what was wrong in my body. Im not saying that I diagnosed myself and you shouldn't either but this can help you compare symptons if you feel like nothing is working or dont know what is going on. The remedies in here have helped me have better health and eating habits anf being mindful of many other conditions.
