The new 20 cm long rectangular stone does not need fat or oils to cook which makes it a healthier way of cooking - making it ideal for anyone following the Paleo, Keto or high protein diets. How to use the set: Simply heat the stone in your oven or on a gas or electric hob. Once it is hot enough, carefully place the stone on the bamboo board. Test the stone is hot enough by adding some salt flakes when the flakes start jumping around, the stone is ready to use. Now for the fun bit - add the food to the stone. Cut the meat into slices and cook to your preference. Habe den Stein mit einem Gasgrill 60 Minuten mit 300 Grad aufgeheizt, habe damit ein 350 gr. Steak mit Kruste erstklassig braten können. Hält gut 20 Minuten heiß. Schneidet man das Steak in Daumenbreite Streifen, wird das Resultat noch besser. Gemüse andünsten ein Traum und alles urgemütlich
