Review: Great quality, EXCELLENT customer service - I usually buy v cheap earbuds, but they never last for long so decided to spend a little more on something I hoped would be more durable, which is what proved the case with these earbuds. The sound is also good for the price. I was also attracted by the claim of 5 year warranty, but tbh sceptical about whether this would be honoured if I had an issue. However, 2 1/2 years after purchase, the play/pause button stopped working suddenly so I got in touch with the company. I got a very quick response (outside normal working hours) and after supplying a photo of the earphones and a copy of the invoice, was told I would be sent a new pair, which arrived within a couple of days. So well done Ludos - excellent customer service!

without the rubber sleeves on they don't fit well in my ears and the sound is very subpar with no bass at all, but with the sleeves on they fit great and the sound is how it supposed to be. I'm quite happy with the built quality and the sound, let's see how long they will last
