Review: Very good, but it's a lot - Very good, and easier to use than the jarred dried tomatoes you can get at the grocery store. There's an awful lot of them, though, so you probably want to have plans to make a couple of large recipes using them before you buy. I made almost five gallons each of marinara and chili, and these let me get a stronger tomato taste than just diced tomatoes and paste would have. They're also good on salads with certain dressings.

The quality of these sun dried tomatoes is exceptional. The color is vibrant, the tomatoes are moist and as you can see from my photos, these tomatoes don’t look like shoe leather like so many other brands of sun dried tomatoes. I’m storing my tomatoes in 2qt. containers drowned in olive oil with Italian herbs. Yum 😋 Ready to use anytime in omelets, pasta, pizza, salad, etc.. I highly recommend this product and I’ll be a repeat customer. YUM 😋 🍅
