Sometimes you can even hear the wax being broken down, don't expect the product to always completely clear you ear but it is still good. These are definitely working. It's surprising because it's just high quality olive oil. The dropper is easy to use. After about a week of use, my impacted ear wax has softened and is easy to wipe out of my ears. I would recommend this product.
