I can’t even drink the “Ideal lean protein shake for woman” is because it’s whey protein and I have a severe dairy allergy. To top it off when I go to return the GD product it falls into the awesome blackhole of “non-refundable/non-returnable” category , so I’m out $40.00 on something I can’t even drink. Which is why I had gone with a plant based protein. Oh yeah and I can’t seem to get the link to reach out to the provider to try and return it that way either. I guess I’m on the hunt for a different product. I was happy with this product, which is why I have ordered three other times. I've tried different kinds of whey, I've tried soy protein, and I've tried some other plant based powders. I now only drink the plant based protein. Whey was just making me fat. I've seen a noticeable increase in muscle tone since using this powder which tells me more of the protein is going to my muscle and less to my stomach fat.
