I just built this rack and it is exactly as described. Goes together just like every other NSF rack. Two extra coupler/shelf supports were included, and a good thing, too. One of the tabs on one of the couplers was broken off and I needed an extra.Very sturdy. Love the dark grey powder coating. Took about 45 minutes start to finish, including the unboxing and dressing with a 3-way zippered cover purchased separately. (Formosa Covers Storage Shelving unit cover, fits racks 36"Wx18"Dx72"H one side see through panel)Using this for kitchen countertop appliances so I got the 18" deep shelves. Left a larger gap between the bottom and second shelf for some taller, and/or heavier items.
