I pre make meals and let it cool then I portion it out and vacuum seal them to freeze. When I’m ready to make it I use my sous vide to heat the meal up and ready to serve. I also is the sous vide to cook my fish marinated in a vacuum sealed bag. This is my go to when I’m in a hurry to cook dinner. Work well with the already cooked and sealed bbq ribs. Just throw the whole bag in the heated water and serve when it’s time to eat. There are no indications or marks as to what the model is by name on the packaging or instruction manual.
