My mind is still boggled. Anything with a 1/4” out - from a Bass to a Mic - instantly becomes MIDI. Either pitch-bend, or snap-to chromatic. Recommend iConnect and Roland Sound Canvas for iPad. Get all 3 and play anything with anything. This is what we’ve dreamed about, but has been science fiction until now. Any noticeable latency you get will be due to your software setup etc. This thing is fast enough and expressive enough (including volume control) to actually be played on stage. Bravo. 5 stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ With some practice, it works *by M***E on March 24, 2021* The fact I can play my Blofeld with my guitar is awesome. However it’s definitely not perfect - you have to change the way you play to make it work (play more choppily) and it takes some practice. It’s kinda expensive for what it does, but I’m happy overall ### ⭐ Very bad latency *by A***R on December 9, 2024* The latency and tracking on this unit were very bad, and would absolutely be unusable in a live setting.Also, it's monophonic. I could deal with that if the tracking was better. Notes would be in random octaves, and it did not seem to matter which of the internal settings I used. I tested this unit with a 4 string bass and a 6 string guitar, both in standard tuning. I also tested powering the unit with a AA battery, and did a separate test with a 9 volt adapter.
