I altered the center piece to change the species of orchid, but I just used corners of the 3-petal cutter to trim away, so all done with this set. There was one review that said the petal cutters are too small. They aren't - after cutting out, the petals get significantly bigger as you thin them with the ball tool. Then they get further squished in the veiner.
