Review: dry yummy fiber and protein so easy to keep in car! on the go but MuST have drink with!!! - these are one of my favorite snacks to keep in my vehicle because they are dry and fresh tasting they give you the salty bite of something like a chip except much more healthy and can help me stay full when I'm out and about. The main thing you need to know about the snack besides it's high protein and fiber is that you cannot take large amounts bites so it's something easy to eat slow a couple at a time like two or three chickpeas at a time and you must have a drink otherwise your mouth will feel very sticky and dry and hard to swallow without enough moisture. These are not everyone's favorite, but they are certainly on the top of my list for a healthy snack !!! also good on salad and in homemade trail mixes

These chickpeas ads crunchy and the right amount of salt. Their sea salt flavor was too salty for me but this is just lightly sprinkled.
