This is a REPLACEMENT for the first topper purchased about 5 months ago.  The first topper split and fell to pieces.  The company has been extremely helpful in getting a replacement with no charges.  They are pleasant to deal with and I would buy again from them.Only time will tell if the item is of good quality, but I feel confident that the company will treat me right!

Not 5lb density foam. Not visco elastic foam. Pad has a weak constitution. The old topper we replaced is substantially heavier but has a lower density rating!?! We were hoping for higher quality foam but paid much more for much less.Could not return with the vendor provided shipping label (USPS). Obtained a quote of $180 to return the package through another carrier.

this is absolutely wonderful I love it ......I had a friend who had got one and she suggested to me due to my shoulder pain at night.  I had bought a pillow top bed about a year ago but I still had pain but not after I put this on top ......it relieved my pain about 95% and I cant live without now.  Yes it makes your bed taller but is worth it all the way.  I received promptly and completely satisfied.
