I ordered this for my sons second birthday and i got:  A very terrible peeled number TWO and a perfect quality number THREE I'm not sure if this is some kind of joke. However i will never order nor do i recommend it to anyone. On the bright side the other balloons look fine.

Horrible quality on the #2 balloon. Can’t use it for party. Do not order if you intend to use the #2. This was the 2nd shipment I got and both looked like the pics.
