I installed on 2005 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 with a/c, My stock pulley was cracked so I needed to replace it anyways. You will need a smaller belt. I bought and used a good year 87.5” belt instead of a stock 88.3” and it worked fine. If you need a replacement pulley I’d say well worth it but don’t buy it expecting 30% better steering at idle. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Much better idle pressure *by A***Y on September 12, 2021* Definitely increased my low speed pressure on the steering box, but had to die grind the pulley to be able to reinstall the the pump after pessing the pulley. I may have ordered the wrong pulley for my 97 tj, either way grinding a notch wasn't hard.
