I have chronic pain and it does not help with it completely, but it does have relieve some of the pain, it helps me sleep better , but they overall make me just feel better , and more energized! From reviews on here I see others stating these contain dextrin and vegetable extract, which other websites warn against using pads containing those ingredients.All that said, I’ve used detox foot pads in the past and they worked similarly. Only time will tell (as the pads change color due to less toxins) if they are indeed working.Mine are currently black and I’m on day 5.
