Review: Quiet, Low power consumption, and moves air! - I bought this a little over a year ago for my bus RV conversion. I'm just now relocating it to a different area. I had this mounted on the front dash board. While driving it was great, while parked it kept air moving down the center isle of the bus. This thing is very quiet, 3 speeds, timer function, so it will shut off 12,8,6 hrs later, see the details. One thing is I had a switch on my console for this fan. Because of it's fancy controls, you still had to turn it on at the fan. So once powered up via the switch on the console, you then reach over and turn it on whatever setting. This is best used for constant power, using the momentary switches that control it. Also best mounted on a wall. Unit has a back plate that installs first, then the fan base has a slide lock to finish the installation so you don't see the screws. Very smart unit. Most importantly it moves air, you can feel it 10 feet away or further. Hopefully this helps someone else. Highly recommend, but details of functionality be even more helpful.

A: Great question. There are 2 wires only (positive and negative).

**Q: what is the amp draw at 12 volts for each of the speeds?**

**Q: What is meant by “Auto Sensing “?**
A: Thank you for your question. When the fan is wired to your RV or Boat, it will function the same whether you have a 12V or 24V connection. The fan will "auto-sense" which voltage you are using and adjust itself accordingly.
