It's fantastic. It sands smooth and fast. I always used regular sandpaper and I've been having trouble sanding the edges of the back of picture frames. I just finished a project in 5 minutes that would have taken 15 minutes or longer with regular sandpaper. I use it with a sanding block and arm and hand power. I usually go through one piece of sandpaper for each frame. This sandpaper still looks like new. I don't know how many projects that I'll get from this one piece, but at least 2 and I expect more.
