I'm using a lightech let60lw (rated for low loads of 3 watts, up to 60 watts). I have 3 lights installed and these LEDs will flicker for about 10 second, stabilize for 2 minutes, then all turn off, then they come back on for 3 minutes, then turn off, and this keeps repeating.
