... our home from being inundated by urine from our sweet old rescue dog
These disposable doggie wraps have saved our home from being inundated by urine from our sweet old rescue dog. He's quite incontinent. He wears a dog wrap at all times while in the house--we change it every 3 or 4 hours, and when he lifts his leg in the house to pee, it is absorbed by the diaper. Be sure you change the diaper every few hours. Don't leave it on all day, as it will become saturated, and your dog will get diaper rash from having a wet diaper against his skin--just like humans get diaper rash. Great product, well-made. The band has a bit of elastic on the edge, which helps a lot to hold in the dog's privates, so he doesn't accidentally pee on your floor. The band is secured by two velcro sections, and it holds very well as long as you use the correct size for your dog, and wrap it snug around his belly--not loose. P.S. Every day I let him walk around in our fenced yard for an hour or so, just to let his privates dry out a bit, so as to avoid diaper rash. Also, the band just covers your dog's urine area--your dog can still have a bowel movement while wearing the diaper.

Would highly recommend
When I found Wiki Wags, the relationship between my leaky little old chihuahua boy and I improved dramatically! They are absorbent, and fit well. My boy is 6 pounds and wears the extra small. He uses belly bands too, but I like these for night time. He sleeps with me and the belly bands with pads were not absorbent enough. This company has provided the product when it was expected, and has excellent customer service.

Quality Control is lacking....
We have been using these diapers for months with a rescue Pom we adopted. I love the product EXCEPTthat some of them are smaller than others! I get XS and it fits him perfectly until we get ones that are shorter!Last night we got one without any sticky tabs!! I don't know if we got a bad batch, or what. I can definitely say that the quality control isn't there. If they improve that, I would give it 5 stars again.

SUPER solution to your dogs' "little problem"
I have a tiny Papillon/Chi mix who I adopted from rescue at the age of 6 (dog, not me ;-) ) and he was never properly housebroken. I have been using a LOT of different "belly wraps" on him with mixed satisfactions. Just about the time I realised that some of them were rubbing his lower back BALD, and went looking for an alternative, these showed up in my "search." I tried them and they are BRILLIANT! VERY comfortable for the pup! No rubbing! VERY absorbent, stay put! I wish amazon would put these on their "subscribe and save" programme as I plan to use these from now on. I really can't say enough great things about them! I think the price is pretty reasonable.

Effective, but expensive....
The XS wrap is perfect for my 5 lb. male chihuahua. These are easy to use and do their job. My dog acted like he couldn't walk after I put the first one on him (it was hysterical to see him frozen like a statue), but he was being a drama queen...he just needed to get used to it, then he was moving fine. The wraps saved my furniture (he recently started peeing on bags & such left on the living room floor!), but they are pretty costly...that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. It helps to reuse them (as long as they are dry), but I eventually started making my own out of maxi pads & athletic tape.

I must say that these male diapers are excellent however, the price point is too expensive for my situation where my animal varies with filling the diaper. At times it is just a deterrent while other times, he cannot hold it in overnight while sleeping. I found that when I use it, in place of my washable diaper, I put a female pad to line the Wiki and this enables me to use the same Wiki more than once without any direct contact. If the end supplier would lower their price, I could order more than 1 package at a time.
