I have constantly recurring bv I think due to a ph imbalance so I use these every other day to keep from getting them also keeps away yeast infections too. This stuff changed my life. Also I'd wait at least 6-8 hrs after inserting to make love or it will hurt u and your partner if it's a man because it's gritty up in there until fully dissolved.
