Not always though. Put some tiny pea size stones on the top soil between the plant and the moss so you can mist the moss frequently without wetting the plants you should see some tiny growth on the moss in a few weeks (looks like teenie, tiny light green buds) if it is alive. Takes longer to see growth in cool weather. **Q: How does this come packaged?
