I contacted the seller and they took care of it immediately. These are fantastic little books. My 6 yr old and 3 yr old love them. I had hoped the left side of the book was also magnetic, simply because while traveling, it's hard to make the picture since the building surface is the same surface for storing all the pieces. I suppose you could stick them to the back, but they're likely to get knocked off in the car. Even so, we love this product and the customer service was excellent!
