**Q: I’m looking for a replacement for the ceramic insert? Mine is chipped but I don’t see an option to contact the seller directly**
A: I don’t know what to do about that problem.  If you could find an open minded potter who would make the porcelain cup part, you bith could get rich!

**Q: I bought the set and love it! Is there any way to buy extra cups?**
A: I don’t know if there is any way to buy more cups.  You might try writing the company directly or keep searching.  I don’t recommend buying all metal cups as the metal is so hot when one pours the coffee into it, one can’t hold the cup.

**Q: Does this set come in an original box?**
A: No, Mine came (well) packages in bubble wrap. You would need to repack as a gift.

**Q: How does the cup stay inside the holder?**
A: The ceramic cup just sits inside of it and can be lifted out to clean it. You drink lifting the holder not the ceramic piece so it stays put.

This is a beautiful tea set, but be aware that it is VERY small! I read it wrong ands thought they were 8ounce cups. The coffee pot holds 8 ounces, but the tea cups only hold 2 ounces. This is a great little set, putting a sense of rich culture on display. I love the ornate look and appeal of them and the gold-toned finish - unlike the typical (plain) craftsmanship found in America.
