A: Yes, the foot pad is held in by a hitch pin and clip so it can be easily exchanged for a wheel

**Q: Should a 30 amp in line circuit breaker be used with this jack?**
A: Absolutely!

**Q: What am I tapping into to get power to this jack, mine came with one wire and haven't been able to figure it out ?**
A: The star washers go between the Jack and the trailer frame for ground (-) and the wire hanging goes to either the positive on the battery for the electric brakes or the positive that comes from the trailer wiring harness (must be 7way RV style plug and not the 4/5 wire flat connector), but if you connect this way then the Jack will only have power when the plug is connected to the vehicle.

This works well on my travel trailer. The light is a nice touch I bought this one due to its universal mounting holes. I was able to mount it sideways so my truck tailgate would fully open.
