**Q: Is this wire nickel free/hypoallergenic?**
A: No

**Q: I was considering using this wire in face masks for conforming to the nose.  You you, by any chance, know whether it can go through the wash?**
A: I would think that would be a great wire for that.  The only problem might be, would it penetrate the fabric.  You can blunt the ends with a good nail file.  Round them off and possible even double the wire????

**Q: does this tarnish?**
A: I use this for wire-wrapping lampwork beads and it has not tarnished at all in my experience.

**Q: Is this a good wire for making bead necklaces and bracelets? Newbie here.**
A: Personally, I use that type of wire for wrapping gemstone and making sun catchers.  For jewelry I use .3mm 7 strand stainless steel beading wire or .45 silver argente wire.
