Got this for my son for Christmas and it’s amazing he loves it

Bought this our son for Christmas, he's a huge fan of Minecraft, and we thought it would be a great tool for him to learn how to code. After the excitement of opening the gift subsided and we had to set up the laptop, that's where the problems started. We've managed to set up an email account for him on the first screen but beyond that, the laptop is useless.There is nothing but a blank screen and no way of being able to progress beyond this screen.I would strongly suggest to anyone that you don't purchase this laptop, save yourself the hassle.

Bought for son as part of Christmas. When he opened it on Christmas day he was happy and enjoyed laptop functions however was disappointed that there was no games. I showed him box that showed link to download. I went through instructions provided to see message which read No Additional Content with Device. I bought laptop with the description laptop includes Microsoft subscription included(it was) and Minecraft included. I went on further to see about Minecraft and it was £24.99, this should be stated in description and not the term free

The media could not be loaded. What’s really mostly upsetting is that I bought this for my son and for it to stop working the very next day is absolutely ridiculous, there was no help in fixing it only been offered a refund now I have to wait 10 working days for my refund only after Amazon receives it first

Bought this for my son solely for Minecraft went to download it and it doesn’t come with the game at all and I’m not about to spend 25£ getting the game when I literally bought the Minecraft edition laptop. Oh and the sound keeps going so I have to constantly reset the whole thing just for the sound to work again what a waste.

Been using since aug31 2022 screen just turns black will not turn on when it did work very very slow Minecraft does not run at a good speed lagging all the timeDo not recommend to buyGot a laptop that doesn’t run power is on but black screenAnd before anyone saids what to do I work with computers done what I need to do and still doesn’t work

It looks great, it feels good but it’s a nightmare to set up if, like me, you bought it for a Minecraft mad person. You literally have to seek out everything it says it come with preloaded. It’s very keen to push you to purchase the Minecraft rather than alerting you that there’s one preloaded onboard. Same with office!This has caused me nothing but a headache, when I thought it would solve lots of issues and me easy for my 11 yr old to get on with.I really thought the stickers would be all we have to add, but I was wrong.My son has not enjoyed it that much, so I have a feeling it will become only for homework soon.I can’t yet comment on the speed or disc space.I do wish I bought an actual laptop though… so do think hard before making this purchase.
