A: It doesn’t. It sits there. I’m sure you could add something to the back to make it stick if necessary.

### ⭐ It didn't stick and broke apart.

We have decorated our bathroom with an ocean kind of theme and this octopus/squid decoration looked perfect to sit ok the side of the sink. The squid came with 3 little two-sided sticky circles to use. I affixed them where the squid makes contact with the wall and the sink. It looked great for a couple of days until the sticky wore off and the squid fell and broke apart. Super glue might fix the bigger pieces, but small pieces of the tentacles broke off and have disappeared.
