Contacted their support and they got it straightened out. 5 stars ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Broken within a month but post sale service was very good and got replacement immediately *by P***1 on December 3, 2022* I bought four for my new condo and they were shipped in July. I did not move in until November. But less than a month one of them is broken. The lifting system failed. The stool stays at the lowest position and won't come up no matter how you lift the lever. Unfortunately the return time is over.
