I have not noticed my sugars going lower. I read on the bottle it supports an already balanced sugar lvl. When I read the reviews many others have lots weight and have had high sugars come down. So I’m going to keep using this and give it a chance to work. I have been on antibiotics for double ear infection and stressed over things and all that effects my sugar lvls. I use liver medic leaky gut repair and that has healed my stomach and intestine issues. I belive in this company. During that time my levels continued to rise slowly through the weeks. I then switch over to the Sugar Balance and in the past 10 days my level went from 140 to 115. I started noticing a decrease about 2 days after starting them. I tried Sugar Balance for 2 days eliminating only the nateglinide which I take with my three meals. Since my glucose readings were too high I discontinued the Sugar Balance and resumed my prescribed meds.
