Review: Not 15 degrees tilt. Also sent me a used/returned one. - It's advertised as 15 degrees, but the bar and the plate are tilted upwards. The actual downwards tilt the TV can be at is closer to 7 degrees. ALSO, the unit I received was not in a sealed package. Wall plate cover was missing, and there was a big chip in one of the cable covers. I'm assuming this was a return that they decided was good enough to send out as a new unit.
