The Freedom Air Filters FAFP092812 is a high-performance pre-filter designed specifically for Kenworth trucks. It extends air filter service intervals, repels rain and snow, and ensures no measurable airflow restriction. With UV resistance and shatter-proof durability, it can withstand extreme temperatures up to 450°F while filtering debris down to .005 inches.

## Description

This pre-filter is made to cover the fresh air filter on Kenworth t800, w800, w900, and w900l trucks 1986-2018. The pre-filter is constructed with 1/8 inch thick abs plastic for durability and uses our same uniquely designed pre-filter material. Our pre-filters are designed to enhance the efficiency of any performance or exposed air filter. The pre-filter is constructed with a proprietary polyester mesh with uniform micron openings, treated with a hydrophobic water-repellent process. The mesh is UV resistant, filters debris down to . 005", Is shatter proof in freezing temperatures, and resistant to heat up to 450 degrees. The material is puncture resistant and has elasticity characteristics allowing the threads to return to the original position in the event the threads have been impacted or shifted. Includes 4 new 14 x 1/4 screws for install.
