Progressive gas springs will lift and hold your hood without the need for a poorly placed prop-rod, simply start to lift your hood and let our QuickLIFT system take over. Your hood will lift and hold firmly at the raised position - eliminate your prop rod today. ## Features - ✔ BOLT-IN HOOD QuickLIFT SYSTEM (All-Black powder-coated components) - 5 minute installation using existing mounting locations on your Jeep JL. - ✔ NO MODIFICATIONS TO VEHICLE - Our system bolts in using all existing mounting locations, absolutely NO modifications are required to install this system. - ✔ HOOD QuickLIFT PLUS SYSTEM - Redline Tuning's 21-20003-02 is compatible for Jeep Wrangler JL. - ✔ QUICK-RELEASE - Both lower strut attachments includes a quick-release mechanism that allows the hood to be released from the gas struts. Your hood will then extend back to the windshield as if the struts were not installed. Simply snap them back on to utilize your Hood QuickLIFT System. - ✔ PROGRESSIVE GAS SPRINGS from Redline Tuning. Our exclusive end-of-force dampening slows the rate of extension over the final inches of travel eliminating stress to the hood.
