Simple pump system **Q: Will this work on 1 gallon batches?** A: YES but you ave to clean te pump after, dry the filter and reused for next batch. before reuse the filter make sure you keep it in worm water **Q: Do cartridges come with soaking solution?** A: No the cartridges do not come with soaking solution. **Q: How much wine remains in filter system after transfer?** A: We filter white wine.
