These products work very well in thinning our lacquer paints for use in an airbrush. Review: This is an excellent product. For best results, the clear coat needs to be heated up. Put the can in a ziplock bag and put the bag/can in a cup, then run hot water around the bag/can. Just enough to warm it up. Shake well. I apllied a mist spray for the intitial coat. Waited 5 minutes and then put on a heavier mist. waited another 5 minutes and then put on a little heavier coat. I put 5 coats on and the last was a heavier coat. Came out perfect with a wet look. By warming the Gloss clear coat it flows better and also goes on better. Use this method for all aerosol paints but keep in mind, you are only warming the paint up and not getting it hot.
